By purchasing and using Buddy Pet products, you acknowledge and accept the following potential risks, including but not limited to:

- Failure to replace or maintain HEPA filters and purifiers as recommended, which may reduce airflow and affect the pet’s environment.

- Obstruction of air vents or improper placement of the product in poorly ventilated or hazardous locations (e.g., direct sunlight, high heat areas).

- Placement of the product in environments with temperature extremes.

- Use of improper cage sizes or incompatible enclosures, affecting airflow and pet comfort.

- Improperly secured zippers, doors, or other access points, potentially allowing pets to escape.

- Extended unsupervised use without monitoring for equipment performance or power outages.

- Failure to use the product with the recommended Battery Backup Power Supply (UPS) during power outages.

- Failure to clean the product regularly, potentially causing hygiene issues.

- Damage caused by pets chewing, scratching, or altering the product, which may compromise performance.

- Use of the product for pets not recommended or approved for the Buddy Bubble.

- General Health Risks: While the Buddy Bubble is designed to provide a safe and healthy environment, pet owners should be aware that small pets are naturally susceptible to various health issues, including diseases, injuries, and genetic conditions unrelated to the product. Buddy Pet cannot guarantee the prevention of health complications arising from factors beyond our control.

- Access by children or unauthorized individuals: The Buddy Bubble is designed exclusively for small pets and is not intended for human use. Children or unauthorized individuals accessing or misusing the product, including zipping themselves inside, may result in harm or injury.

Indemnification for Improper Use:

By using the product, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Buddy Pet from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from:

- Misuse of the product.

- Improper placement or failure to follow usage guidelines.

- Failure to supervise or monitor the product during use, including access by children or unauthorized individuals.

- Non-compliance with recommended cleaning and maintenance procedures.

SECTION 7 - DISCLAIMERS; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

You agree that your use of the Service and any products is at your sole risk. - Damage resulting from failure to follow recommended maintenance and safety practices.

- Harm caused by placing the product in unsafe conditions or improper configurations.

- Consequences of failure to monitor the product during use, including during power outages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of Michigan.
